$150 per 50-minute session

Insurance and Payment
Service may be covered by insurance. In order for them to be covered by insurance you will need to have either OUT OF NETWORK benefits. Clients are provided with a statement upon request that can be used to file with their insurance company. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• Do I have out of network benefits?
• How do I file claims for payment?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is collected at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
